在近几年学校推行二级管理体制的大环境下,笔者对系科教学工作过程性评价考核等方面作了实验和总结,通过各种规章制度和量化考核标准的建立,使教学管理工作从横向管理向纵深发展。实验总结出来的做法对提高系科工作的执行力、教学运行的规范性、建立长效的教学质量保障体系等方面都能起到很好的促进作用,具有一定的针对性和可操作性。
