目的 了解全县当前食品卫生监督工作的现状及存在的主要问题。方法 采用整群抽样的方法调查 5 4 5名从业人员和非食品从业人员对《食品卫生法》相关知识的了解情况对 1993~ 2 0 0 0年全县食品卫生监督工作资料进行汇总统计分析。结果 1993至 2 0 0 0年 ,全县已颁布卫生许可证 2 76 0个 ,食品行业从业人员数 72 80人 ,健康证持有率 2 7.90 % ,8年间食品行业卫生许可证发放数和从业人员数平均增速分别为 2 6 .91%和 13.6 3% ,而健康证的持有率平均增速下降了 8.4 % ,同时《食品卫生法》相关知识的问卷调查发现从业人员和非从业人员对《食品卫生法》相关知识的了解并无明显差异 ,说明经常性卫生监督和卫生法律的宣传是我们工作中的簿弱环节。结论 加强经常性卫生监督和卫生法律规范的宣传是今后食品卫生监督工作的重点。
Objective To understand the status quo of the current food hygiene supervision in the whole county and its main problems. Methods A total of 545 practitioners and non-food workers were employed to investigate the relevant knowledge of Food Hygiene Law by cluster sampling method. The data of food hygiene supervision in the whole county from 1993 to 2000 were collected and statistically analyzed. Results From 1993 to 2000, 2 76 0 health permits, 72 80 employees in the food industry and 2 7.90% health certificates were issued in the county. The number of health permits issued in the food industry and the number of practitioners in the past 8 years The average growth rate of employees was 26.61% and 13.63% respectively, while the average growth rate of health certificates decreased by 8.4%. Meanwhile, the questionnaire survey of relevant knowledge of Food Hygiene Law found that employees and non-employees There is no significant difference in the knowledge about the Food Sanitation Law, which shows that the publicity of regular health surveillance and health laws is the weakest link in our work. Conclusion Strengthening the publicity of regular health supervision and health laws and regulations is the focus of future food hygiene supervision.
