本文介绍了日本的绿色建筑评价体系CASBEE(即建筑物环境效率综合评价体系)的最新进展,以及用于单体建筑评价的CASBEE红星分级和用于LCCO_2评价的绿星分级及其评价方法以及在日本的应用情况。同时简要介绍了2010年准备发布的以城市为评价对象的CASBEE-城市,希望能为开发、研究和应用绿色建筑评价体系提供参考。 This paper introduces the latest progress of Japan’s green building evaluation system CASBEE (Comprehensive Assessment System for Building Environmental Efficiency), CASBEE Red Star classification for single building evaluation and Green Star classification for LCCO_2 evaluation and its evaluation method. Japan’s application. At the same time, CASBEE-cities, which are to be released in 2010, will be briefly introduced in the hope of providing reference for the development, research and application of green building evaluation system.
