针对涂装前处理主脱脂环节进行动能分析,依靠日常测试指标总碱度及脱脂剂投加量,计算出脱脂环节水的补加量及能量消耗,进而获得该环节动能消耗,为后续该环节节能减排奠定基础。通过试验证明以及动能分析,认为降低主脱脂温度和延长槽液使用周期是当前涂装前处理节能、减排的重要研究领域。
