老年人运动后心理效应对血压的影响作用表现为:规律性运动能够改善高血压;长期运动对于血压的稳定效果最佳;血压下降源于运动心理效应所致血管舒张作用的增强。因此,建议高血压患者可以采用以运动为主的非药物治疗。
The effects of psychological effects on blood pressure after exercise are as follows: regular exercise can improve hypertension; long-term exercise has the best effect on blood pressure stability; and blood pressure drops from the enhancement of vasodilation caused by psychological effect. Therefore, it is recommended that patients with hypertension can use non-drug-based sports-based therapy.
