一般认为气温对卒中的发生无多大意义。作者观察分析了在寒冷冬天发生脑内出血的3例病人,认为寒冷与脑内出血(intra-cranial hemorrhage,ICH)有一定关系。例1 男,35岁,嗜酒者。在室外气温-34℃下购买威士忌酒。在回家途中,出现左侧偏瘫。CT扫描证实右侧壳核中等大小出血。病人入院时血压130/106mmHg,但次日降至120/70mmHg。病人否认以前患高血压。住院后未治疗期间,血压平均为120/80mmHg。例2 男,70岁。以前患轻度高血压。用手擦汽车挡风玻璃的雪15min后发生右侧壳核丘脑出血。
