利用聚集光束反射测量仪对脱墨浆白水中胶黏物粒子在阴离子垃圾捕捉剂作用下絮聚的动态过程进行了研究,并结合激光粒度仪、浊度、Zeta电位实验对其结论进行了验证。实验结果表明:聚焦光束反射测量技术(FBRM)可直接有效地对白水中的粒子进行实时监测,并可评估阴离子垃圾捕捉剂的最佳加入量,研究其作用机理和絮聚过程等。激光粒度仪、浊度和Zeta电位实验与FBRM得出的结果相一致。由于PAC受体系pH值的影响,因此为了得到较好的胶黏物控制效果,提高阴离子垃圾捕捉剂的使用效率,应避免在过高的碱性条件下进行。
The agglomeration beam reflectometer was used to study the dynamic process of agglutination of the sticky particles in the deinked pulp white water under the action of anionic trash catcher, and the conclusion was verified by laser particle size analyzer, turbidity and Zeta potential experiments . The experimental results show that FBRM can directly and effectively monitor the particles in white water, evaluate the best addition of anionic trash catcher, and study its mechanism and flocculation process. Laser particle size analyzer, turbidity and Zeta potential experiments are consistent with those obtained by FBRM. Due to the pH value of the PAC system, in order to get a better control effect of the stickies and improve the usage efficiency of the anionic trash catcher, it should be avoided under the excessively alkaline conditions.
