本科院校的学分制制度已经十分的成熟,但是作为高等职业院校,学分制又该如何进行呢?本文是陕西工业职业技术学院在学分制改革中的教学方法的探索。具体的方法是:对学生实施因材施教,分层次教学。基础的课程实行A、B班教学,对于基础好的学生教授适合他们的广而深的教学内容,对于基础差的学生教授他们基础性知识。让所有学生都愿意学、学得会,这样学生们都取得到比较好的成绩。接下来的专业课按照学生的基础及兴趣,将学生分为若干组,分别完成不同的项目内容。在学校学生们学到了理论与实践知识,更大的收获是增强了每个人的自信心。因此整个教学方法取得了很好的效果。达到了学生、学校、社会三方都满意的效果。
