本文研究了多种溶剂、催化剂及其用量、反应温度和时间对氯甲基化苯乙烯—二乙烯苯共聚体自身傅氏交联反应的影响。筛选得到了合适的反应溶剂,并确定了最佳反应条件,从而制得了高比表面积(S≥1000m~2/g)的吸附树脂。用动态法测定了吸附树脂对苯酚水溶液的吸附能力,结果表明其吸附性能和脱附效率优良。
In this paper, a variety of solvents, catalysts and their amount, reaction temperature and time on the chloromethylated styrene-divinylbenzene copolymer Fourier cross-linked reaction itself. A suitable reaction solvent was screened out and the optimum reaction conditions were determined. As a result, the adsorption resin with high surface area (S≥1000m ~ 2 / g) was obtained. The adsorption capacity of adsorbent resin to phenol aqueous solution was determined by dynamic method. The results showed that its adsorption performance and desorption efficiency were excellent.
