目的:建立痈立消搽剂的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别处方中的大黄、栀子、苦参、黄柏;采用高效液相色谱法对处方中的大黄素和大黄酚进行定量分析。结果:薄层色谱专属性强,鉴别效果好。大黄素在0.0106~0.212μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.6%,RSD为1.15%;大黄酚在0.01506~0.3012μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.8%,RSD为1.31%。结论:该方法简便,重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of Lixidong liniment. Methods: Rhubarb, Fructus Gardeniae, Sophora flavescens and Phellodendron chinense were identified by TLC, and the emodin and chrysophanol in the prescription were quantitatively analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: TLC has high specificity and good identification effect. The emodin showed good linearity in the range of 0.0106 ~ 0.212μg / mL with an average recovery of 99.6% and a RSD of 1.15%. The linear relationship was found between 0.01506 ~ 0.3012μg / mL and the average recovery was 99.8% 1.31%. Conclusion: The method is simple, reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
