风洞是航空航天飞行器研发的基础性关键性地面设备,模型支撑系统是风洞的关键部件,其运动精度和动态特性直接影响风洞试验数据精准度和可信度。采用双导程蜗杆副作为模型支撑系统的传动部件,对转窗机构进行有限元分析和优化设计,将计算结果运用在机构设计中。模型支撑系统试验结果表明各项指标满足设计要求。
Wind tunnel is the basic critical ground equipment for aerospace vehicle research and development. Model support system is a key component of wind tunnel. The accuracy and dynamic characteristics of wind tunnel directly affect the accuracy and reliability of wind tunnel test data. The double-lead worm gear is used as the transmission component of the model supporting system, and the finite element analysis and optimization design of the window-shifting mechanism are carried out. The calculation results are applied to the design of the mechanism. The model support system test results show that the indicators meet the design requirements.
