我国油田所辖的油井含蜡影响一定的原油产量,距离井口以下至800 m左右结蜡严重,容易造成管柱堵塞,若不进行适当的清蜡措施,就会影响到油井的正常生产,解决蜡沉积问题受到石油工业的重视,清蜡方法也有了长远发展。本文是在总结了先前清蜡工具的优缺点的基础上,运用高压射流的原理来设计的一种机械清蜡装置,本装置一共由三个部分组成:滚轮机构、固定密封装置和清蜡装置。滚轮机构能够防止工具在运行的过程中被卡住,保证了清蜡过程的安全可靠;固定密封装置是使用圆锥滚子轴承对工具进行轴向和径向固定,这种方法简单易行成本较低,拆卸方便;而清蜡装置的锥形收敛型喷嘴形成的射流在清蜡的同时还可以是喷头旋转,保证了清蜡的彻底。在本文的最后还对清蜡装置进行了性能评价。

This method is simpler and easier in cost Low, easy to disassemble; and wax cleaning device taper convergent jet nozzle formed in the clear wax can also be a nozzle rotation, to ensure a thorough cleaning wax. At the end of this article, the performance of the wax cleaning device was also evaluated.
