采用大气等离子喷涂技术在X60管线钢表面制备了两种Cr_2O_3陶瓷涂层(有无粘结金属层)。利用扫描电镜和摩擦磨损试验机对涂层的显微形貌和磨损性能进行分析。探讨了粘结层金属对涂层显微硬度和耐磨性的影响。结果表明:所制备的涂层组织致密,界面结合良好。喷涂粘结金属的涂层硬度和耐磨性更优。
Two types of Cr_2O_3 ceramic coatings (with or without a bonded metal layer) were prepared on the surface of X60 pipeline steel by atmospheric plasma spraying. The microstructure and wear properties of the coating were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and friction and wear testing machine. The effect of bonding layer metal on the microhardness and wear resistance of the coating was discussed. The results show that the prepared coating has compact structure and good interfacial bonding. Sprayed bonding metal coatings have better hardness and wear resistance.
