随着国家《关于进一步深化电力体制改革的若干意见》的印发,电力体制改革走向了“动刀”阶段。各地纷纷成立售电公司,谋划建立电力交易平台,一派蠢蠢欲动的开局之象,却并不见突破性进展。出现这种现象的原因,一方面是因为相关政策尚未明确,另一方面是因为在中国电力长期垄断经营环境下的从业者们,对即将来临的电力市场还比较陌生。 With the issuance of the “Opinions on Further Deepening the Reform of the Electric Power System” issued by the state, the electric power system reform has come to the stage of “moving knife”. All over the country have set up sales companies, planning the establishment of electricity trading platform, just around the corner out of the scene, but did not see a breakthrough. The reasons for this phenomenon are partly because the relevant policies have not yet been clarified. On the other hand, practitioners in China’s power long-term monopoly environment are still unfamiliar with the upcoming power market.
