叙述了除尘装置的现状,发现其中的问题,对出现的问题提出自己的看法,设计出了一套新型的多级孔口除尘防喷系统,介绍了多级孔口除尘防喷系统的结构组成和工作原理,并对其安装、使用、维护提出要求。基于在义煤集团新义矿的现场应用,对该系统的除尘效率进行试验,结果得出这套系统的除尘率达到95%以上,且对防止煤与瓦斯的喷出有一定的作用,降低了钻孔产生的粉尘污染,现场的作业环境得到了巨大的改善。
