随着现代企业制度在我国的逐步推行,员工手册渐渐浮出水面,成为很多公司必须着手设计撰写的一个重要文体。但目前应用写作领域还很少涉及该文体的写作,在这里,笔者想就员工手册的撰写谈一些粗浅的意见。一、什么是员工手册一个刚被聘用的人员,自然希望了解公司大致的情况,尽快搞清“公司能为我提供怎样的工作环境”、“我应当遵守哪些规章制度”、“若是努力工作,将会获得怎样的发展或者提升”等问题。员工手册正是适应这一需要而产生的。早在本世纪30年代,日本的一些公司就已出现正式出版的员工手册。二战前后,欧美企业界开始陆续仿效。随着各国经济发展,公司实力的增强,人才竞争的加剧,岗前培训的缩短,员工手册在全球企业界快速普及,编写质量不断提高,印刷也日益精
