目的：观察功能性鼻窦内窥镜手术的长期疗效。方法：采用Ｍｅｓｓｅｒｋｌｉｎｇｅｒ术式为１００例患者手术；并以传统术式治疗１００例作对照。结果：内窥镜组临床治愈率８１％，总有效率９５％，明显优于传统手术组（Ｐ＜０．０５），手术并发症发生率为６％，明显低于传统组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：内窥镜手术长期疗效可靠，并发症少，复发率低。
Objective: To observe the long-term efficacy of functional endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods: Messerklinger operation was performed on 100 patients. 100 cases were treated by traditional operation. Results: The clinical cure rate was 81% and the total effective rate was 95% in the endoscopic group, which was significantly better than that of the traditional surgery group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications was 6% P <0.05). Conclusion: Long-term curative effect of endoscopic surgery is reliable with few complications and low recurrence rate.
