选择2型糖尿1级亲属非糖尿病者83人为实验组,三代无糖尿病家族史健康83人为对照组,过夜禁食8~12小时,早晨从肘静脉抽静脉血3mL测血尿酸,胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)。结果:实验组尿酸为374.69±93.17umol/L,对照组尿酸为331.73±102.45umol/L。实验组TC、TG、HDL、LDL-C分别为4.94±4.61、1.89±2.18、1.37±0.35、2.31±0.5对照组分别为4.18±0.71、1.31±0.69、1.29±0.25、2.28±0.65mmol/L。实验组与对照组相比TC、HDL、LDL-C,P值分别为0.148、0.131、0.755无差异,尿酸P值=0.006、TGP值=0.016,P<0.05有显著差异。结论:实验组血尿酸、TG升高,余无显著差异。
83 type 1 diabetic relatives without type 2 diabetes were selected as experimental group and 83 healthy family members with three generations of non-diabetic family history as control group. Eight to 12 hours of fasting overnight were performed. Blood samples were drawn from the elbow vein 3 mL in the morning for blood uric acid and cholesterol (TC) , TG, HDL, LDL-C. Results: The experimental group uric acid 374.69 ± 93.17umol / L, the control group uric acid 331.73 ± 102.45umol / L. The levels of TC, TG, HDL and LDL-C in the experimental group were 4.94 ± 4.61, 1.89 ± 2.18, 1.37 ± 0.35 and 2.31 ± 0.5 respectively, and the control group were 4.18 ± 0.71, 1.31 ± 0.69, 1.29 ± 0.25, 2.28 ± 0.65 mmol / L . Compared with the control group, TC, HDL, LDL-C and P values of the experimental group and the control group were 0.148, 0.31 and 0.755 respectively. There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group. The uric acid P value was 0.006 and the TGP value was 0.016. Conclusion: The experimental group serum uric acid, TG increased, I no significant difference.
