以高产恢复系“中413”为轮回亲本,导入来自149份供体亲本的遗传成份,育成约2500个株系的导入系群体。经目测选择粒长明显高于轮回亲本的株系并测量其粒长、粒宽,发现有667个株系的粒长超过7.0mm,粒长最大可达10.6mm,平均8.4mm;粒宽变幅为2.0 ̄3.8mm,长宽比变幅为2.3 ̄4.3,与轮回亲本相比粒型变化明显。在强水分胁迫条件下,导入系在卷叶级别和冠层温度等指标上有巨大变幅,发现有47个株系的卷叶级别和近100个株系的冠层温度低于轮回亲本,有16个株系的卷叶级别和冠层温度指标均低于耐旱对照品种“中旱3号”。
The high yield restorer line “Zhong 413” was used as the reincarnated parental line, and the genetic components from 149 donor parents were introduced into breeding population of about 2500 lines. The grain length and grain width of 667 lines were significantly higher than those of the recurrent parental lines. The grain length of 667 lines was over 7.0mm and the grain length was up to 10.6mm with an average of 8.4mm. The amplitude is 2.0 ~ 3.8mm, the aspect ratio amplitude is 2.3 ~ 4.3, and the granule changes obviously compared with the recurrent parent. Under the condition of strong water stress, the inducing lines had great amplitude on the index of leaf curl level and canopy temperature, and found that the curl leaf level of 47 lines and the canopy temperature of nearly 100 lines were lower than that of the recurrent parent, The leaf curl level and canopy temperature index of 16 lines were lower than drought-tolerant control variety “Zhonghan 3”.
