在建筑进行施工的过程之中,防水防渗工作在施工的过程之中涉及范围相对比较广泛,是一项系统性偏高的过程,其施工质量的高低会直接性的关系到整个建筑的质量及后期的使用功能。对于建筑工程之中,经常性发生渗漏的部位分析其发生渗漏的原因,比如:设计方案、材料以及施工技术等等因素均会关系到建筑屋面、外墙、厨卫及其地下室等等重要部位出现渗漏,最终直接性的引发建筑自身使用性能受到十分严重的危害。所以在实际进行施工的过程之中,就得要选择适宜的防水防渗技术来预防,再就是依据相应的施工规范来予以解决,推动建筑事业的良性发展。鉴于此,本文主要分析建筑施工中防水防渗施工技术。
