晋城矿务局古书院矿的管理者从实践中渐渐懂得,班组管理必须根据煤矿改革形势和安全生产奋斗目标,抓住主要矛盾,方能有的放矢。近两年来,他们把班组建设列为企业管理六项工作之一,作为基础的基础来抓,定期召开矿务会和专题会议研究、安排、检查落实班组建设工作,逐步形成了安全副矿长负责,班组管理科专管,党政工团密切配合,各司其职的班组管理网络,夯实了争创国家一级企业的基础。
