讨论了影响螺杆塑化能力的工艺参数及几何参数,根据竹粉/PP木塑复合材料特点对熔体模型赋予材料特性。在此基础上,应用ADINA流体分析模块对塑化段流体模型进行数值模拟,并对分析结果进行比较分析和讨论,以研究竹粉/PP复合材料在螺杆中的塑化性能,从而寻得塑化木塑复合材料螺杆的最优参数。
The technological parameters and geometrical parameters that affect the plasticizing ability of the screw were discussed. According to the characteristics of the bamboo powder / PP wood plastic composite, the melt model was given the material characteristics.
