大豆品种感染SMV后,感病植株各生育阶段(R1、R3、R5)单株可溶性总糖含量明显低于健株,叶片中总游离氨基酸含量明显增加。表明:SMV的侵染抑制了大豆碳水化合物的代谢,而促进了氨化物的代谢合成各种氨基酸,以利于 SMV的复制与增殖。天门冬氨酸(ASP)、异亮氨酸(ILe)、苯丙氨酸(PHe)、组氨酸(His)在感病品种中含量的显著增加,是大豆植株感病的又一生化症状。
Soybean variety infected with SMV, susceptible plants at each growth stage (R1, R3, R5) total soluble sugar content was significantly lower than the healthy plants, leaves total free amino acid content increased significantly. The results showed that the infection of SMV inhibited the metabolism of soybean carbohydrates and promoted the metabolism of amides to synthesize various amino acids to facilitate the replication and proliferation of SMV. Aspartic acid (ASP), isoleucine (ILe), phenylalanine (PHe), histidine (His) significantly increased in susceptible varieties is a biochemical symptoms of soybean plant disease .
