针对直线焊缝、抛物线焊缝、圆弧焊缝以及折线焊缝几种常见的焊缝形式,利用Dynaform数值模拟软件,结合胀形试验对不同焊缝形式的拼焊板成形性能进行研究。研究发现,直线焊缝具有较高的极限成形高度,但焊缝移动量很大,折线焊缝拼焊板在焊缝折点处容易应力集中,相比较而言圆弧焊缝具有较好的成形性能。针对圆弧焊缝,研究了圆弧焊缝直径的变化以及位置的变化对板料成形性能的影响,得出随着厚侧母材面积的增大,极限成形高度增大,焊缝移动量减小的结论。研究结果表明,在设计拼焊板时,可将圆弧焊缝代替折线焊缝,而且选择较大的圆弧直径,焊缝位置安排在中间靠近薄侧母材的位置更有利于成形。
