采用粉末冶金方法制备了SiC颗粒增强铁基复合材料,考察了SiC颗粒含量与铁基粉末冶金复合材料的显微组织、相对密度、力学性能及磨损性能之间的关系,并探讨了其摩擦磨损机理.结果表明,合适的SiC含量能在基本不降低材料强度的基础上大幅度提高耐磨性能.
SiC particle reinforced iron matrix composites were prepared by powder metallurgy method. The relationship between the SiC particle content and the microstructure, relative density, mechanical properties and wear properties of the iron-based powder metallurgy composites was investigated. The friction and wear mechanism. The results show that the appropriate SiC content can substantially improve the wear resistance without reducing the material strength.
