杉木优树选择是表型选择,而表现型值是优树的遗传型和优树所处的环境两者交互作用的结果。为了对杉木树种进行遗传改良,提高杉木树种的生产力和种性,需要对杉木优树子代进行测定。本文通过对42个杉木优树子代测定效应的分析,试图摸索出一套较为简便的;行之有效的分析方法。一、材料和方法试验材料是南京林学院育种研究室和福建省洋口林场在1965年冬,从25~37年生的40多株优树上采穗,所营建的杉木无性系嫁接种子园生产的种子,及其所培育的苗木。本试验所采用的无性系共44个(其中包括2个对照)。对照为优树收集区的混合子代,采用较高水平的对照,是因为本试验的目的是达到优树间的相互比较,优中选优。
