随着大量新技术、新材料在新型飞机上的应用,飞行试验应变测试参数也急剧增加,传统的机载测试系统必须要采用“多次改装,分阶段试飞”的方法,此方法不但在飞机上需要敷设重达几吨的测试电缆,且改装周期长、试飞架次多、效率低,严重影响了新机试飞进度。针对以上难点,本文提出了一种分布式应变采集系统设计方案,采用SDX总线传输应变数据,同时应变采集系统实现了模块化,降低了系统复杂度,同时利于系统的扩展和压缩。

In view of the above difficulties, this paper presents a distributed strain acquisition system design, the use of SDX bus transmission of strain data, and strain acquisition system to achieve a modular, reducing system complexity, while conducive to system expansion and compression.
