研究了ZA125合金中添加Mg-10Sr-xCa(x=0,0.5,1.0,1.5)中间合金改善其显微组织和力学性能。结果表明,Mg-10Sr中间合金的组织由α-Mg和Mg17Sr2相组成,加入Ca元素之后形成了Mg2Ca相,并且Mg17Sr2相的热稳定性降低;当Sr添加量为0.5%时,加入Mg-10Sr-xCa中间合金可改善ZA125合金的显微组织和提高其常温力学性能,并且随中间合金中Ca元素的增加,合金力学性能逐渐升高。
The addition of Mg-10Sr-xCa (x = 0,0.5,1.0,1.5) master alloy to ZA125 alloy was studied to improve its microstructure and mechanical properties. The results show that the microstructure of Mg-10Sr master alloy is composed of α-Mg and Mg17Sr2 phases, and Mg2Ca phase is formed when Ca is added, and the thermal stability of Mg17Sr2 phase is reduced. When the addition amount of Sr is 0.5%, Mg-10Sr -xCa master alloy can improve the microstructure of ZA125 alloy and improve its mechanical properties at room temperature, and with the increase of Ca in the master alloy, the mechanical properties of the alloy gradually increase.
