本文研究了DNA对紫外线诱导细胞膜损伤的保护作用。结果表明:大白鼠红细胞悬浮液经紫外线照射5,10,20min后,在低温中冷贮20h,血红蛋白释出量与照射剂量成正比关系,可作为紫外辐射对生物膜损伤的一个方便易行的检查指标。照射前10min加入DNA20—40μg·ml~(-1),显著地降低血红蛋白释出量,经统计学处理达到P<0.01显著差异。照射后10min加入DNA则无显著效果。
In this paper, the protective effects of DNA on UV-induced cell membrane damage were studied. The results showed that the erythrocyte suspensions of rats were exposed to UV light for 5, 10 and 20 min, respectively, and stored at low temperature for 20 h. The amount of hemoglobin released was proportional to the irradiation dose and could be used as a convenient and harmless biofilm for UV irradiation Check the index.
