利用有泵浦增益时的谐振腔衍射积分方程,研究了二极管泵浦固体激光器中泵浦光对振荡光场的影响,分析了泵浦光分布和泵浦光半径对振荡光场的影响。结果表明当泵浦光分布分别为均匀分布和高斯分布及椭圆高斯分布时,最佳的泵浦分布为高斯分布;对于高斯光束泵浦,泵浦半径的变化会引起振荡光场的尺寸和形态的变化。定量分析结果表明泵浦半径在一定范围内变化时,振荡光斑半径均随泵浦光半径的增大而减小。在实际的DPL设计中需要根据对振荡光的要求进行泵浦光的优化设计。
The effect of pump light on the oscillating light field in a diode-pumped solid-state laser is studied by using the integral equation of the cavity diffraction with pump gain. The influence of the pump light distribution and the pump light radius on the oscillating light field is analyzed. The results show that the optimum pump distribution is Gaussian distribution when the pump light distribution is uniform distribution and Gaussian distribution and elliptic Gaussian distribution, respectively. For Gaussian beam pumping, the change of pump radius will cause the size and shape of the oscillating light field The change. Quantitative analysis results show that when the pump radius changes within a certain range, the radius of the oscillation spot decreases with the increase of the pump light radius. In the actual DPL design, the optimal design of the pump light needs to be performed according to the requirement of the oscillating light.
