对４５例（４５眼）视神经间接损伤患者行眼底荧光血管造影（ｆｕｎｄｕｓｆｌｕｏｒｅｓｃｅｎｃｅａｎｇｉｏｇｒａｐｈｙ，ＦＦＡ）并结合临床进行分析。发现ＦＦＡ表现主要为三种情况：多发的片状背景荧光充盈迟缓、视乳头弱荧光以及正常眼底荧光图象。早期适当的治疗和ＦＦＡ的变化与预后密切相关。ＦＦＡ能反映视神经组织损伤的情况，可为指导临床治疗和判断预后提供依据
Forty-five patients (45 eyes) with indirect optic nerve injury underwent fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) and analyzed with clinical data. FFA findings were found mainly in three cases: multiple flaky background fluorescence filling slow, weak fluorescence of the optic disc and normal fundus fluorescence images. Early appropriate treatment and changes in FFA are closely related to prognosis. FFA can reflect the condition of optic nerve tissue injury, which can provide the basis for guiding the clinical treatment and prognosis
