干旱区水资源合理配置直接影响当地社会经济和生态环境的可持续发展,为探讨干旱区流域内水资源合理配置,以干旱区阿克苏河流域为例,结合流域自身特点,利用改进的Tennant法计算各河流各月生态基流,将灌溉需求点与生态基流需求点同等地位考虑,通过WEAP模型构建流域水资源配置模型,并设置不同水文情景模拟分析现状基准年各月满足度情况。
Rational allocation of water resources in arid area directly affects the sustainable development of local socio-economic and ecological environment. In order to explore the reasonable allocation of water resources in arid area, taking Aksu River Basin in arid area as an example, with the help of the improved Tennant method The eco-basal flows of all rivers are considered for each month, and the demand of irrigation points is considered on the same level as the requirements of eco-based flow. The WEAP model is used to construct the water resources allocation model of the river basin and simulates the satisfaction of each situation in the base year in different hydrological scenarios.
