在新的国企改革背景下,引入职业经理人成为必然选择。职业经理人的引入有助于国企经营效率提高,但外部市场和宏观机制等因素所带来的机会和威胁亦不容忽视。在SWOT方法的系统分析下,可有效寻找国企引入职业经理人的优势与机遇,同时正视其缺陷与挑战,并有针对性的从制度建设方面提出改进意见,从而使职业经理人制度更好的为国企所用。
In the context of the new state-owned enterprise reform, the introduction of professional managers become the inevitable choice.
