针对稠油热采高能耗的现状,从节能管理角度出发,通过对稠油生产工艺及其能耗分布情况的分析,研究适用于稠油生产系统的能效对标方法。同时,采用要素建模法构建稠油生产能效对标指标体系,体系整体分为宏观综合和工艺过程、终端设备2个层次,共22项指标。在此基础上,对2个不同油田的6个稠油开采区块进行了对标实践,结果显示2个油田的注汽、机采、集输三大系统的能效水平不尽相同,进一步验证了研究确定的对标方法和指标体系能切实用于稠油生产对标工作中,并直观反映出企业的能效水平。
Aiming at the present situation of high energy consumption of heavy oil thermal recovery, from the perspective of energy saving management, through the analysis of heavy oil production technology and its energy consumption distribution, the energy efficiency benchmarking method for heavy oil production system is studied. At the same time, building an index system of energy efficiency benchmarking for heavy oil production by using factor modeling, the system is divided into two parts: macro-synthesis, process and terminal equipment, a total of 22 indicators. On this basis, the practice of benchmarking six heavy oil recovery blocks in two different oilfields shows that the energy efficiency levels of the three steam injection systems, machine mining and gathering and transportation systems in the two oil fields are different, and further verification The method and index system of benchmarking research determined by the study can be effectively used in the benchmarking work of heavy oil production and can directly reflect the energy efficiency level of the enterprise.
