传统课程,忽视了被训练者是一个活生生的人,而人的生命质量得不到提升。现行的新课程,它注重的是提升儿童少年生命过程的质量,重视学生的知识与能力培养,重视过程与方法。新课程理念是学校教育要一切为了学生的发展。在学生的全面发展中起主导作用的班主任为了学生的发展,要转变观念,转变角色,不断学习,为自身,为学校,为培养符号时代要求的人才而转变。
Traditional courses, ignoring the trainee is a living person, and the quality of life can not be improved. The current new curriculum, which focuses on improving the quality of life process of children and adolescents, attaches great importance to students’ knowledge and ability to cultivate, emphasis on processes and methods. The new curriculum concept is that school education needs everything for the development of students.
