针对钢厂转炉吹炼过程中频繁发生喷溅粘枪及脱磷效果不佳的现象,在实验室利用水模对80 t转炉复吹工艺进行了研究。水模试验参数包括氧枪枪头喷孔夹角、枪位、底吹布置和流量等。根据研究结果提出了几种复吹工艺优化方案:氧枪喷孔倾角从现有的12°增大至13°;将底吹透气砖数减为4个,分布半径不变;保持底吹流量在200 m3/h以上;枪位应控制在合理的范围内,不可偏高或偏低。
Aiming at the phenomenon of frequent spatter sticking gun and dephosphorization ineffective in the process of converter blowing in steel mill, the blowing process of 80 t converter in the laboratory was studied by water mode. Water model test parameters include oxygen lance nozzle hole angle, gun position, the end of the blow arrangement and flow.
