目的:探讨鼻咽癌螺旋CT动态增强特征。材料与方法:50例经病理证实的原发鼻咽癌患者,先平扫,后选择病灶最大层面行同层动态增强扫描。采用ELSCINTCT-TWIN双螺旋扫描机,用自动压力注射器注药,分别测量平扫和增强后不同时刻的CT值,进行统计学处理并描绘时间—密度曲线。结果:1.平扫CT值与增强后30~300秒内各组CT值比较具有显著性差异。2.鼻咽癌增强后30~300秒内各时刻组间的CT值比较差别不显著。结论:鼻咽癌的螺旋CT动态增强曲线呈一速升缓降型,注射造影剂后50秒左右显示鼻咽粘膜,肿块及其周围结构最为清楚。
Objective: To investigate the dynamic enhancement characteristics of spiral CT in nasopharyngeal carcinoma. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Fifty patients with primary nasopharyngeal carcinoma confirmed by pathology were examined by plain scan before the same level of dynamic contrast enhancement was selected at the maximal level of lesion. The ELSCINTCT-TWIN double helical scanner was used to inject the medicine with automatic pressure syringes. The CT values at different time after plain scan and post-scan were measured respectively, and the statistics were processed and the time-density curve was drawn. Results: 1. The CT value of plain CT was significantly different from CT value of each group within 30 ~ 300 seconds after enhancement. 2. Nasopharyngeal carcinoma increased within 30 ~ 300 seconds after each time between the CT values were not significantly different. CONCLUSIONS: The spiral CT dynamic enhancement curve of nasopharyngeal carcinoma presents a rapid and descending type. The nasopharyngeal mucosa and its surrounding structures are most clearly observed after about 50 seconds after injection of contrast agent.
