本文选定了三家最具代表性的日本公司进行专利分析,分析其在全球以及中国的专利布局信息以及“技术-功效”信息,从中发现,北美市场是目前技术较为成熟的市场,专利布局严密,而中国市场正处于起步阶段,且专利布局尚未形成系统。对中国企业而言,应当抓住当前的发展机遇,发挥自己的技术优势,借鉴优势企业的经验,快速抢占市场并进行有效的专利布局。
This paper selects the three most representative Japanese companies for patent analysis, analyzes their patent distribution information and “technology - efficacy” information in the world as well as in China, and finds that the North American market is currently the more mature technology market and the patent Well-laid, and the Chinese market is in its infancy, and the patent layout has not yet formed a system.
