绩效考核在绩效管理中扮演着重要角色。关键绩效KPI指标作为一种量化工具,不仅使企业战略目标清晰化而且让整个绩效考核过程明确化。本文立足于当前黑龙江省国有林区部分企业绩效制度改革的大背景,将AHP模型与KPI结合,构建新型绩效考核系统。笔者以HJ公司为例,分析其在绩效考核过程中产生的问题。运用AHP法确立4大类12种考核指标,构成指标测评要素系统,通过建立判断矩阵和一致性检验,确立指标总体权重,形成国有林区岗位、部门、企业三级KPI系统,促进其高效达成绩效目标,并为林区企业转型发展提出可行建议。
Performance appraisal plays an important role in performance management. Key Performance KPIs are quantitative tools that not only clarify corporate strategic goals but also clarify the overall performance measurement process. Based on the background of some enterprises’ performance system reform in the state-owned forest region of Heilongjiang Province, this paper combines the AHP model and KPI to build a new performance appraisal system. HJ company as an example, I analyze the problems arising in the performance appraisal process. The AHP method is used to establish 12 categories of assessment indicators in 4 major categories to form the system of index evaluation elements. Through the establishment of judgment matrix and consistency test, the overall weight of indicators is established to form a three-level KPI system of posts, departments and enterprises in state- Performance goals, and for the transformation and development of forest enterprises put forward feasible suggestions.
