目的 :建立脑灵素片的质量标准。方法 :采用TLC对处方中的人参和淫羊藿进行鉴别 ,用RP HPLC测定淫羊藿苷的含量。结果 :在TLC色谱中均能检出人参和淫羊藿 ;淫羊藿苷在 0 .0 11～ 0 .4 2 4 μg范围内呈良好线性关系 (r =0 .9998) ,平均回收率为 10 2 .1% ,RSD为 1.0 %。结论 :本法简便可行 ,重现性好 ,为脑灵素片质量控制提供了方法
Objective : To establish the quality standard of brain morphine tablets. Methods: The ginseng and epimedium in the prescription were identified by TLC. The content of icariin was determined by RP HPLC. RESULTS: Ginseng and Epimedium were detected in the TLC chromatogram; the icariin was in a good linear relationship (range, 0.019) in the range of 0.01 to 0.442 g (r = 0.998). The average recovery was 10 2 .1%, RSD 1.0 %. Conclusion : This method is simple and feasible and has good reproducibility. It provides a method for quality control of Nao Ling Su tablets.
