为了解湖南省职防机构人员现状,在已建立的全省职防机构基本信息管理系统中抽取有关人员资料,对人员数量、学历、专业、职称等指标采取趋势χ2检验进行统计分析。结果显示,2011—2015年湖南省职防机构人员年均数(1 349人)较2006—2010年年均数(1 231人)有所增加,学历以本科和专科居多,专业以公共卫生和临床医学为主,职称以初级和中级为主,人员配置及结构相对稳定,但仍可进一步优化。
In order to understand the current status of staff in Hunan’s anti-personnel agencies, relevant personnel data were extracted from the established basic information management system of the provincial anti-personnel agencies, and statistical analysis was conducted using the trend χ2 test on the number of personnel, education, professional titles and other titles. The results show that the average annual number of staff in Hunan provincial defense agencies (1 349) increased from 2011 to 2015 (1 231) in 2011-2015, with a majority of undergraduate and specialist qualifications. Public health and Clinical medicine, mainly in primary and intermediate titles, staffing and structure is relatively stable, but still can be further optimized.
