随着教育改革的不断深入和发展,教师的培训工作发生了深刻的变化。师资培训工作重点由原来的学历培训转向岗位培训(继续教育)。它对教师的教育、培训的宗旨、手段、形式等提出的新的教学要求。这些教学要求的提出必然会冲击旧的教学手段和教学方式。同时对教师继续教育教学档案的管理也有很大的影响。一方面需要利用大量的档案为这一改革提供必要的科学依据,另一方面,档案也以自己特有的职能记载教育改革的真实过程,从而增进我们对事物运动规律的探索。因此,研究教学档案管理是适应改革的需要,也是我们的责任。
With the continuous deepening and development of education reform, profound changes have taken place in teacher training. The focus of teacher training shift from the original academic training to job training (continuing education). It puts forward new teaching requirements on the education of teachers, the purpose, means and forms of training. These teaching requirements are bound to impact the old teaching methods and teaching methods. At the same time, the management of teachers’ continuing education teaching files also has a great impact. On the one hand, a large number of files need to be used to provide the necessary scientific basis for this reform. On the other hand, the files also record the true process of educational reform with their own unique functions, so as to enhance our exploration of the law of things. Therefore, it is our responsibility to study the management of teaching archives to adapt to the reform.
