目的:探讨自然流产绒毛染色体中非整倍体对流产的影响。方法:对100例自然流产绒毛用常规染色体核型分析联合多重连接依赖的探针扩增(multiplex ligation-dependent probe amplification,MLPA)分析。结果:核型分析成功84例,异常核型48例,其中非整倍体34例;16例无核型的绒毛用MLPA分析,异常8例,非整倍体4例;非整倍体占异常核型的67.9%。结论:染色体发生非整倍体突变是胚胎早期自然流产的重要原因;常规染色体核型分析还是诊断非整倍体的主要方法,应用MLPA方法能对染色体核型分析失败和核型正常的标本作进一步检测。
Objective: To investigate the effect of aneuploidy on spontaneous abortion in spontaneous abortion chromosomes. Methods: One hundred cases of spontaneous abortion were analyzed by conventional chromosome karyotype analysis combined with multiplex ligation-dependent probe amplification (MLPA). Results: The karyotype analysis was successful in 84 cases, 48 cases of abnormal karyotype, of which aneuploidy in 34 cases; 16 cases of karyotype villi analyzed by MLPA, abnormal 8 cases, aneuploidy 4 cases; aneuploidy 67.9% of abnormal karyotype. Conclusion: Aneuploid chromosome mutation is an important reason for early embryo spontaneous abortion. Conventional chromosome karyotype analysis is also the main method to diagnose aneuploidy. MLPA can be used to analyze chromosome karyotype failure and normal karyotype Further testing.
