１９８４年１０月～１９９０年１０月对５４例肢体原发恶性骨肿瘤采用保留肢体方法──肿瘤骨段截．酒精灭活再植术；手术前后配合ＨＤ－ＭＴＸ－ＣＦＲ化疗；自控气功、解除思想顾虑、早期活动等康复疗法。经５年以上随访仅４例局部软组织复发（占０．７４％），再作局部切除或截肢，术中未见骨组织受累，５年生存率为６３％．此法既清除了患者致残的恐惧心理，又符合生理要求，为肢体原发性恶性骨肿瘤提供一种具有突破性进展的治疗方法．
From October 1984 to October 1990, 54 cases of primary malignant bone tumors of the limbs were treated with preserved limbs--tumor segments. Alcohol inactivation and replantation; before and after surgery with HD-MTX-CFR chemotherapy; self-control qigong, lifting ideological concerns, early activities and other rehabilitation therapy. After only 5 years of follow-up, only 4 cases of local soft tissue recurrence (0.74%), and then local resection or amputation, bone tissue was not involved in the surgery, the 5-year survival rate was 63%. This method not only removes the patient’s fear of disability, but also meets physiological requirements. It provides a breakthrough treatment for primary malignant bone tumors of the body.
