目的DICOM标准中关于放射治疗部分的规定提出使建立一个规范、统一的放射治疗信息系统成为可能,并是对DICOM标准的一个扩展。DICOMRT的目的就是要支持放疗相关的数据在放疗科内设备或与其他科室设备的传输。方法使用五个DICOMRT对象标准:RT结构集、RT计划、RT剂量、RT图像和RT记录,实现RT流程。结果与结论DICOMRT为放射治疗信息的传输制定了标准,其发展方向为保持现有RT特定的IOD的稳定性,不断补充新增技术的定义,同时利用现有DICOM对象、概念对放射治疗领域的工作流程加以管理,增强放射治疗部门的工作效率。
Objectives The DICOM standard provisions on radiotherapy components make it possible to establish a standardized and uniform radiotherapy information system and an extension to the DICOM standard. The purpose of DICOMRT is to support the transmission of radiotherapy-related data to radiotherapy equipment or to other departments and facilities. Methods Five DICOMRT object standards were used: RT structure set, RT plan, RT dose, RT images and RT recording to achieve RT procedure. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION DICOMRT set a standard for the transmission of radiotherapy information and its direction of development was to maintain the stability of existing RT-specific IODs and to continually complement the definition of new technologies, while taking advantage of the existing DICOM object concept for radiotherapy Work flow to be managed to enhance the efficiency of the radiation department.
