选矿厂是金川公司采选冶生产主流程的中间环节,主要生产流程为:碎矿三段一闭路,磨浮两磨两选,精矿脱水压滤,为冶炼生产提供合格的精矿原料.1993年,选矿厂全面开展了群众性的创建“无泄漏工厂(车间)”活动.1995年,又结合创建“无泄漏”的活动开展了创建“环境优美工厂”和“安全标准化工厂”活动,1994年底被公司命名为首家“无泄漏工厂”.一.统一思想,明确认识,坚定信心创建活动开始时,部分干部和职工信心不足,有畏难情绪,认为搞选矿的不同于搞化工、电子工业的.不必要花那么大的气力;搞“无泄漏”会冲击和影响正常生产等,为此,厂里专门召开会议进行动员,提出创建“无泄漏工厂(车间)”是企业现代化管理的重要举措,不搞不行,搞晚了也不行.此外,还充分利用广播、电视,黑板报、简报等形式进行宣传,动员,使广大职工,特别是各级干部和管理人员从思想上明确了创建“无泄漏工厂(车间)”在实现企业现代化管理,保证生产任务的完成和提高经济效益中的地位和作用.同时,厂里组织各车间的设备主任和有关人员赴白银选矿厂学习,借鉴治理泄漏的经验,并组织班组长到永昌电厂学习.
