民办高校是我国高等教育的重要组成部分。在学生管理上,民办高校相对于公办高校来说更为严格。随着大学生权利意识日益增强,民办高校治理与大学生权利之间的冲突日益突显。文章通过分析民办高校大学生维权现状、民办高校与大学生权利的冲突,进一步寻求民办高校治理与大学生维权平衡的途径。 Private colleges and universities are an important part of China’s higher education. In student management, private colleges and universities are more stringent than those in public colleges and universities. With the increasing awareness of college students’ rights, the conflicts between the governance of private universities and the rights of college students have become increasingly prominent. By analyzing the current situation of college students’ rights protection and the conflicts of rights between private universities and college students, this paper further seeks to find a way to balance the governance of private universities with that of college students.
