针对高速齿轮传动的特点,研制开发了高速动态信息采集系统。本系统采样频率高、通频带宽,适合于多通路信息采集。系统采用了模块内的SRAM(静态存储器)技术,解决了计算机的运行速度低和A/D采样速度高这一矛盾,使系统的成本大大降低。通过多次实践应用,证明该数据采集系统运行可靠,重复精度高,信息量大,能够满足对齿轮传动系统动态性能研究的需要。
For the characteristics of high-speed gear drive, developed a high-speed dynamic information acquisition system. The system sampling frequency is high, pass bandwidth, suitable for multi-channel information collection. The system adopts the SRAM (static memory) technology in the module to solve the contradiction between low running speed of the computer and high A / D sampling speed, so that the system cost is greatly reduced. Through many practical applications, the data acquisition system is proved to be reliable, repeatable and informative, which can meet the need of research on dynamic performance of gear drive system.
