颌骨囊肿因发生的部位、大小、年龄等不同而导致其治疗效果及预后存在较大的差异,仅行单纯的传统刮治术常出现治疗效果不佳或存在并发症的问题。近年临床研究中根据颌骨囊肿生长的病因、发病年龄、大小及与周围组织的关系等分类,尝试了一些新的方法治疗颌骨囊肿,如开窗减压术、负压吸引术等。本文就目前颌骨囊肿的治疗方法的临床研究进展做一综述。 Due to the occurrence of the parts of the jaw cyst, size, age and other causes of its treatment and prognosis there is a big difference, only a simple conventional curettage often appear poor treatment or complications. In recent years, clinical studies based on the etiology, age of onset, size and the relationship with the surrounding tissue and other categories, tried some new methods of treatment of jaw cysts, such as window decompression, suction and so on. This article summarizes the clinical research progress of the current treatment of jaw cysts.
