目的 探讨闭合复位克氏针支架固定治疗第五掌骨粉碎性骨折的手术方法和临床效果.方法 对31例新鲜第五掌骨粉碎性骨折患者采用闭合复位克氏针支架固定,术后早期功能训练.结果 本组31例骨折均解剖复位,骨性愈合,28例获得随访,时间6~29个月,平均16.5个月.按手指关节总活动度(TAM)系统评定方法评定:优16例,良10例,可2例;优良率92.9%.结论 闭合复位克氏针支架固定治疗第五掌骨粉碎性骨折,操作简便,固定可靠,疗效满意;手术时间短,治疗费用低.“,”Objective To report the surgical technique and clinical outcomes of closed reduction and fixation with Kirschner wire holder for treatment of comminuted fractures of the fifth metacarpal.Methods Thirty-one cases of fresh comminuted fractures of the fifth metacarpal were treated by closed reduction and fixation with Kirschner wire holder, followed by early postoperative rehabilitation.Results Anatomical reduction and bone union were achieved in all the fractures.Sufficient follow-up of 6 to 29 months (16.5 months on average) was obtained in 28 patients.According to the finger total active motion (TAM) scales, the results were excellent in 16 cases, good in 10 cases and fair in 2 cases with an excellent and good rate of 92.9%.Conclusion Closed reduction and fixation with Kirschner wire holder is an effective method for treating comminuted fractures of the fifth metacarpal.It has several advantages such as simple operation, reliable fixation, satisfactory results,short operation time and low treatment costs.
